Processing Time

All prepaid domestic orders are processed promptly within 1-2 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require an additional business day for personal verification, ensuring the smoothest transaction.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once processed, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days nationwide. Please note that deliveries to remote locations or areas with low coverage may require slightly longer, ranging from 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping Rates

Alam Ara offers Free Flat Rate Shipping on all orders over Rs. 2500 nationwide.

For orders below this threshold, shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout. The final rate is determined by several factors, including:

Delivery Location: Rates may vary slightly based on the city and remoteness within Pakistan.

Order Weight/Size: Applicable for bulkier orders.

Promotional Offers: Rates may be temporarily adjusted during special promotions. You will always see the final, confirmed shipping cost before you finalize your payment.

Tracking: Tracking will be provided with receipt.

Delivery Time Frame

Deliveries are typically made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday (excluding national public holidays).

Please note that all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you cannot be present to sign for your order personally, we recommend arranging for a trusted individual such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor to receive the delivery on your behalf. However, Alam Ara cannot be held responsible for any goods signed for by someone other than you.

Alam Ara is not responsible for damage after delivery.
