Refund and Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping with us! We hope that all Alam Ara products meet or exceed your expectations. Not only does this purchase bring good health to you and your family, it also supports the grassroot movement promoting organic products.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please note that we offer exchanges and store credit within 10 days, not full refunds for change of mind. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may initiate an exchange, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Procedure for return:

· If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

· Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at cs@alamaraofficial.com or WhatsApp at +92-329-0693993.

· To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with all original tags (especially important for our jewelry), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our handcrafted organic soaps, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or opened for hygiene reasons.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Shipping Costs:

We offer free return shipping for items that are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For all other returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In these cases, we will provide you with a return shipping label, but the cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return for damage or defect is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. For satisfaction returns (change of mind), approved items will receive a store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
